As April Ends

As april comes to a close we thought we’d have a recap of all the happenings here. The Kings of Past team has had an exciting month! We were thrilled to find ourselves on Eyestylist.com and in Vogue UKs Magazine, we had a big office move and our ‘Brand of the Month’ Persol is coming to a close and we have been feeling the love from all over, and want to thank all the bloggers tweeps and facebook fans. We’re very excited for the upcoming months, summer and sunnies!

Have you noticed a big influx of original vintage Persol frames and sunglasses on the web recently? And guessing where all these gorgeous Persols come from? Well if you guessed Kings of Past, you guessed correctly! The Persols you see on the blogs of the most visible vintage dealers around the world, are from us!! Off course where else would they come from? This month we launched vintage Persols as a tribute to our participation in the international eyewear exhibitions in Milan and New York.” Have you seen our new collection of Vintage Persols? Many different styles, shapes and colors! all timeless classics!

Our ‘Brand of Month’ Persol has been an absolute roller coaster ride! The Kings of Past team had spent several months checking the quality, meticulously aligning / re-lensing as needed, measuring the frames, writing descriptions and taking photos of about 2200 vintage Persol eyeglasses and about 600 vintage Persol sunglasses! We’ve wholesale sold a very large chunk to reputable vintage dealers around the globe and throughout the month of April we have enjoyed sharing the rest of these famous frames with our friends and followers.

In May we’ll be introducing a new brand of the month. With all the spring colors and bold patterns those keeping up with trends may be looking for a simple and understated look, focused more on a sophisticated simplicity of great design, and we have the perfect brand for this!
